Arundel

Arundel

A small village about 1 km from Huberdeau, formerly bisected by the railroad, the Aerobic Corridor bicycle path now bisects it. The old train station that is carefully preserved served as post office, then in the early 1900s as a general store, which is still in business. Arundel Village, mostly Anglican and English, has three places of worship built in the typical style of the day. Arundel is a popular setting for many films including the famous movie New France with Gerard Depardieux. If you take Highway 327 and slowly return to Mont-Tremblant, enjoy the views of the valleys and look for a property on the left where you will see a covered bridge and finally return to Downtown Mont-Tremblant, after a long day of discovery.

Past! From Arundel if you want to extend your visit, drive through Harrington along the Red River and you will discover a beautiful Buddhist monastery.
